What is Diflucan

Generally, a loading dose of 2 times a day is advised for the initial therapy to cause plasma concentrations start approaching a steady state by day 2 of the therapy.

The daily Diflucan dosage to cure infections excluding vaginal candidiasis, are dependent on the infecting organism itself as well as the response of patient to treatment. Treatment is required to go on until laboratory tests or clinical parameters confirm that active fungal infection has diminished. An improper treatment period may cause infection to recur.
